Cuvaloup : a traditional chalet d'alpage renovated into an altitude restaurant

  • The menu offers : mountain catering, Cuvaloup slate, swiss cheese meals, charcuterie product plate, Cuvaloup salad
  • Access : motorway exit Gland/Nyon, follow St-Cergue, la Givrine and turn left in Les Pralies, 3 km on the road on the left through pastures (winter in snowshoes).
  • Summer schedule : Monday close weekly (except Pentecôte, August 1st, Jeûne Federal). Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 10 pm, Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm
  • Winter schedule: daily from 9 am to 5 pm, non-stop kitchen, night booking 48h in advance from 20 people. Contact restaurant: 022 360 12 84
